Courses and attunements over Skype

It is possible to study Tai Chi and Qi Gong but also meditation at a distance with some Skype sessions. Not everyone has the opportunity to travel or is not available for the class times offered by the Silk Thread. And that’s why we can manage appointment for a live online course. Depending on everyone's availability, we arrange an appointment for a Visio class.

Disciplines taught from a distance

Video Tai Chi lessons give you the opportunity to get advice, corrections and demonstrations. During the live practice of Qi Gong exercises, the teacher guides you through the postures as well as breathing. Find out more on the styles taught.
