Progress of a session
Meditation sessions take place in a calm space, conducive to relaxation and concentration. It is also possible to receive guidance through video conferencing. The teaching begins with an educational approach aimed at better understanding the principles of meditation, followed by guided practice. Participants are accompanied in a process of internal visualization and breath energization, promoting better energy circulation and harmonization of body and mind. Meditation is above all a moment of introspection and intimacy with oneself. It allows one to refocus, anchor their presence in the present moment, and regain an inner stability essential for daily balance.
Students
These sessions are designed for anyone looking to approach the world around them with greater grounding and serenity. We guide those who wish to learn and deepen their meditation practice.
Meditation is practiced in a seated position, so it is recommended to have a cushion. For those who have difficulty sitting on the floor, a chair can be used. The teacher provides exercises that are accessible to everyone, allowing each participant to progress at their own pace.
