A journey serving Chinese energy arts
I am Oswald, Tai Chi and Qi Gong teacher in Argelès-sur-Mer, Maureillas-Las-Illas and Saint-Jean-Pla-de-Corts. Passionate about Chinese energy arts, I accompany you with gentleness and kindness in the discovery or deepening of these ancestral practices.
My journey in Chinese energy arts
My journey in Chinese energetic arts began with learning Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong, as well as studying the principles of Chinese energetics.
It was alongside Patrick Loisel, in Brittany (France), that I discovered these disciplines and deepened my understanding of their benefits both physically and mentally. His rigorous and passionate teaching allowed me to develop an approach that respects traditions while remaining anchored in contemporary realities.
The lineage of Master Gin Soon Chu
Patrick Loisel followed the teaching of Master Gin Soon Chu, an emblematic figure of the Yang style, who was long considered one of its greatest representatives. His expertise and influence helped shape the transmission of Tai Chi around the world.

Today, it is his two sons, Vincent and Gordon Chu, who perpetuate his legacy within the Gin Soon Tai Chi Federation in Boston (United States). Many students regularly come to train with them, thus ensuring the continuity and dissemination of this ancestral art throughout the world.
The Yang style — 108 movements
Although the Yang style is the most widespread, there are different forms of Tai Chi, each with its own specificities. Among them, the 108-movement form stands out for its richness and fluidity.
