Use of the Site implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, written in French and constituting the entire agreement between the user and Le Fil de Soie.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site aims to present the activities offered by Le Fil de Soie, namely:
- individual or group lessons (face-to-face or video) Tai Chi, Qigong And meditation,
- of the energy care (Reiki) provided in a dedicated space,
- as well as the route and approaches of the practitioner.
2. Access to the Site
Access to the Site is open and free. Certain services can be reserved by telephone, by email or via the contact form. No payment is made directly online on the Site.
3. Intellectual property
All content present on the Site (texts, images, logos, graphic elements, etc.) are protected by copyright. They remain the exclusive property of Le Fil de Soie or its partners.

5. Reservation and payment
The services offered on the Site are not purchased online. All reservations are made directly through e-mail, phone or via the contact form.
The payment is made on site, in person, on the day of the service, for all courses, treatments or support provided face to face.
For the remote sessions (video), A secure PayPal payment link is sent by email upon confirmation of the reservation. Payment must be made before the session takes place.
Once the reservation is confirmed, the date and time are mutually agreed between the practitioner and the user.
6. Right of withdrawal
In compliance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, services provided on a date agreed in advance (courses, care, support) are not not subject to the right of withdrawal whether the service has started or been fully performed.
Any cancellation request must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. After this period, the amount of the session may be due or withheld.
7. Liability
Le Fil de Soie strives to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information presented on the Site. However, its liability cannot be engaged in the event of:
- error or involuntary omission,
- temporary unavailability of the Site,
- inappropriate use of the content offered.
The practices proposed (Tai Chi, Qi Gong, meditation, Reiki) are part of a process of complementary well-being And do not replace medical monitoring. Le Fil de Soie declines all responsibility in the event of use of the services in substitution for medical advice or treatment.

These CGUV are governed by the French law.
